Tuesday 2 April is World Autism Awareness Day.
In France, more than 430,000 people suffer from autism in varying degrees, 25% of whom are children.
This day, instituted by the United Nations General Assembly six years ago is aimed at informing the general public of the reality of this developmental disorder.
