Celebrated in France and throughout the world, sleep day will be held on Friday, 22 March on the subject of “Sleep and Environment”.

Environment plays an unknown role in certain disorders and diseases linked to the lack of sleep.

This day is an opportunity to learn more about the benefit of sleeping, talking to doctors and researchers and meeting patients’ associations, etc. For this international day, the experts of Inserm, the CNRS, the Hospices Civils de Lyon, and of the AFFSTAR will be available, particularly in Lyon, to present the latest advanced researches and technological innovations.
