The first public drug database opens in France

01 Oct 2013 | By INSERM (Newsroom) |

Today the French Health Minister announced that an official site http://medicaments.gouv.fr had gone online listing “scientific and administrative data on treatments and good practice in the use of health products”. The public medicine database is available for the general public and healthcare professionals to access data and reference documents on marketed drugs or drugs that were marketed over the last two years in France. Access to the database is open and free.
